We specialize in the design and engineering of Dry Chemical Fire Suppression Systems, providing rapid and reliable fire protection for hazardous environments. Our systems use ABC or BC dry chemical agents for fast fire knockdown and are engineered to NFPA 17 and 17A standards, with seamless integration into detection and control systems and enhanced safety measures for personnel.
- Our Services Include:
- Dry Chemical Fire Suppression System Design
Engineered solutions using ABC or BC dry chemical agents for rapid fire knockdown in industrial and special hazard environments. - Hazard Assessment & Application Evaluation
Analysis of fire risks, asset types, and operational requirements to determine the appropriate agent type and application method (local or total flooding). - Agent Quantity & Nozzle Placement Calculations
System sizing and nozzle layout to ensure full coverage and rapid suppression in accordance with NFPA 17/17A standards. - Cylinder, Piping & Distribution System Design
Design of agent storage, release valves, distribution piping, and nozzle configurations for efficient and effective discharge. - Detection & Activation System Integration
Coordination with flame, heat, or manual detection systems and integration with automatic and manual release controls. - Full Engineering Documentation
Complete design packages including CAD layouts, hydraulic calculations, equipment datasheets, and AHJ-ready submittals for procurement, installation, and authority approvals.
- Our Design Process Include:
- Site Survey & Risk Assessment
Evaluate the protected area, potential fire hazards, occupancy, and asset types to determine the appropriate dry chemical system type and application strategy. - Concept Design Stage
Develop preliminary layouts, agent selection (ABC or BC), and nozzle placement strategies based on NFPA 17/17A requirements and project needs. - Detailed Design Stage
Prepare fully coordinated cylinder, piping, and nozzle layouts, calculate agent quantity and discharge flow, integrate detection and activation systems, and produce BOQ and specifications for procurement and installation. - IFC (Issued for Construction) Stage
Finalize and issue construction-ready drawings, verified hydraulic calculations, BOQ, and approved specifications suitable for installation and AHJ approval. - Documentation & AHJ Coordination
Deliver the complete design package including CAD drawings, datasheets, calculations, and AHJ-ready submittals for authority review and final client approval.
